Unfortunately since our October speaker had an unexpected conflict the leadership team has decided to cancel this month's meeting.
The year ahead will require the support and hard work of club members to re-elect Kamala Harris and support Jessica Morse to flip CD03 from Red to Blue as well as electing and re-electing local candidates who share our Democratic values.

The Tahoe Truckee Democratic Club is chartered with the Nevada County Democratic committee. We represent Truckee and the California portion of North Lake Tahoe. Meetings are held the first Monday of the month in Room A at the Truckee Airport unless this date falls on a major holiday.
OUR GOALS
TO ADVANCE THE VIEWS OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY ON A LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL LEVEL.
TO RECRUIT AND PROMOTE CANDIDATES OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY FOR LOCAL, REGIONAL, STATE AND NATIONAL ELECTED OFFICES.
TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF REGISTEREDDEMOCRATS IN OUR COMMUNITY AND TO INCREASE VOTER TURNOUT.
TO COLLABORATE WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO PROMOTE THE PRINCIPLES AND VALUES OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY IN OUR COMMUNITY.
TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR AREA RESIDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN A SIGNIFICANT WAY IN THE ELECTION CAMPAIGN PROCESS.
TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR AREA RESIDENTS TO DISCUSS AND EXPLORE ISSUES OF LOCAL, STATE, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL IMPORTANCE.
TO ENGAGE IN COMMUNITY SERVICES AND TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES.
TO RAISE FUNDS FOR DEMOCRATIC CAMPAIGNS.
TO EDUCATE AND INFORM VOTERS ABOUT ISSUES.
TO PUBLICIZE OUR EFFORTS AND VALUES THROUGH TRADITIONAL MEDIA, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS.

The Tahoe-Truckee Democratic Club (TTDC) is chartered with Democratic central committees in Nevada counties. Your dues and contributions help support the club's activities, such as voter registration, getting out the vote in 2024 to order to re-elect Joe Biden and flip congressional district CA03 from red to blue along with educating and organizing the community to support the candidates and issues that will promote the change we want to see in California, our country, and the world.

Annual membership dues are $25, or $10 for students and those on very tight budgets.
If you can contribute more, it is greatly appreciated. In 2022, 36% of the club's income came from generous members and supporters who gave more than the basic dues. TTDC has no employees, no paid staff. The people who keep this club going are all volunteers, working to save our country. We welcome your support and help.
